Additional Information Form

All nominations submitted before the closing date – 25^th May 2008 – will be considered by a panel of three judges. All short-listed applicants will be informed personally and through a posting on this website by end May 2008.

All short-listed candidates are required to submit the following Additional Information form on/before the 15^th June 2008, in order to be considered for the awards.

All the required information is to be submitted online.

In the box below, please explain your green project, its’ objectives, the achievements, how it has contributed to the greening of Qatar and all other relevant details in 1000 words or less.

What do you see as the most urgent needs to better achieve the objectives of your project?
